Instructions
Step 1
Cut beef into strips and marinade for 1+ hour in white wine, shallots, salt, pepper, garlic, herbs & pickled cucumbers
Step 2
Melt butter, brown strips over medium heat; set aside
Step 3
Add shallots, then garlic and saute for 3-5 minutes; set aside
Step 4
Add sliced mushrooms, saute for 3-5 minutes; set aside
Step 5
Add beef broth and bring to boil; lower heat, add flour while whirring carefully to avoid clumps from forming
Step 6
Add mustard, pickles and replace beef strips, onions & garlic
Step 7
Simmer for one hour until beef is tender
Step 8
In the meantime, prepare pasta so that it is ready on time
Step 9
Briefly heat up again and add sliced mushrooms and sour cream
Step 10
Add herbs, salt and pepper to taste
