These cookies are heavenly i swear. The dough doesn’t have eggs so i was eating the dough like a beast lol. I topped a few of them with walnuts, but i think choc chips would have been amazing

Instructions

Step 1
1. Combine ingredients in a food processor until a thick cookie dough appears. The dough will be very sticky.
Step 2
2. Bake the cookies 180 C for about 7-10min. The cookies will look raw but they will be cooked on the bottom.
