Instructions

Using Left-overs

Step 1
I usually make this using leftover from my salmon dinner, where the salmon and white onion are oven roasted together for 20 mins or are cooked by your preferred method
Step 2
Can be eaten cold or hot, plate your salmon fillet and onions on spring mix

top with blue cheese (or feta) crumbles, drizzle of chipotle mayo, and a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning
