Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° F

Toss onions with oil, brown sugar, and sugar in a 9×13 pan
Step 3
Cook for 1 hour
Step 4
Mix well, then reduce heat to 200° F and cook for another 3 hours. Let cool then transfer a container. Add mayo and use a hand blender to blend onions until onions are still a little chunky (Don't overblend).
