Instructions
Step 1
Start by placing the peanuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 2
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 5 to 10 minutes to roast your peanuts (depends on your oven). Keep an eye on the cooking time as it can burn quickly! I advise you to take them out as soon as they become golden :)
Step 3
Let cool completely, then start blending your peanuts in a blender.
Step 4
In the first round your peanuts will be ground into powder.
Step 5
I advise you to pause from time to time to blend and loosen any peanuts that may have gotten stuck in the bottom of your blender.
Step 6
Keep mixing! Trust the process :) Once you have this texture, you can add the pinch of salt and a little bit of honey.
Step 7
Mix one last time.
Step 8
And there you have it! Congratulations, you've made your own peanut butter without industrial additives, and the best part is that it’s 100x better!
Step 9
You can keep it in an airtight box in a cool place for about 1 month! But believe me, you’ll have finished it before ;)
