Instructions
Step 1
Fry garlic, pine nuts and courgettes in oil over a high heat for 3-4 mins.
Step 2
Add rest of ingredients (not the tuna). Season and cook for another minute.
Step 3
Sear steak on both sides in a bit of oil. Time will vary by thickness.
Step 4
Turn the head down to medium and cook veg mix for a further 5 mins.
Step 5
When both are cooked combine on plate and serve quickly.
