Instructions
Step 1
Peel the plantain and slice them in thin horizontal slices
Step 2
Heat a frying pan and add the oil
Step 3
Gently place the sliced plantain into the frying pan. Fry on a medium heat on each side until the plantain is golden brown and soft.
Step 4
Remove the fried plantain from the pan and drain on a plate with a paper towel to remove excess oil.
