Creamy mushroom and truffle ravioli

Instructions

Step 1
Boil the ravioli in salted water for around 5 mins or per the packet instructions.
Step 2
In separate pan fry the mushrooms then make a creamy sauce with them by adding lots of fresh garlic, half a tub of cream and enough Parmesan until it becomes quite thick (of it goes over add some milk)
Step 3
Add a handful of fresh spinach, the ravioli and give it a good stir.
Step 4
Serve with black peper to the top and se more Parmesan.
