Ingredients
12 servings

½ cupshredded green cabbage

½ cupred cabbage
chopped

2green onions
chopped

1 cupsbean sprouts

1 cupsmushrooms
sliced

1red bell pepper
chopped

2carrots
chopped

1 cupbroccoli
chopped

1English cucumber
large, chopped

1 packageIchiban noodles
crumbled

½ cupalmonds
toasted, I use sliced almonds

½ cuptoasted sesame seeds

dressing

1 tsugar

⅓ cupvegetable oil

1 tsalt

½ tpepper

3 Tvinegar
1 packageseasoning from Ichiban noodles

1 tsoy sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Put all vegetables in a large bowl and chill in refrigerator for one hour. For dressing combine ingredients.
Step 2
Add raw noodles, almond and seeds to vegetable mixture. Add dressing and toss.
Step 3
Hint - this makes a lot so I often split the raw noodle/almond/seeds and dressing as it tastes best the first day but not terrible the second - just the noodles soften up.
