Instructions
Step 1
1. Cut everything big (Zucchini thick slice not chunk)
Step 2
2. Fry Onion, then garlic (chunk), then carrots
Step 3
3. Add everything (except herbs) together, cover with water, bring to boil. Then summer with lid half covered for 30 min.
Step 4
4. Add herbs and Chickpeas and simmer 15 min
Step 5
5. Make couscous (olive oil, S&P, cover w hot water)
