Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat Pit Boss griddle to medium heat.
Step 2
Grill/sauté sausages according to package. Let cool and slice at a steep angle to about 1/4” thick slices. Set aside.
Step 3
Add peppers, onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to griddle. Sauté until tender.
Step 4
Add the sausage back in and mix to combine. Let simmer for two minutes.
Step 5
Top with marinara sauce, mix to combine and top with mozzarella cheese. Cook until the cheese melts.
Step 6
Garlic Butter - Melt butter and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix.
Step 7
Brush the top of the slider buns with garlic butter and flip over to toast, about 2 minutes.
Step 8
Top the bottom halves with your cheesy mixture and enjoy!
