Paella
Here's my take on classic Paella. Exotic, spicy, and oh-so-good!

Instructions
Step 1
Use a large, non-stick shallow pan for the paella.
Step 2
1. Cut sausage into bite-sized pieces, and sauté in olive oil until cooked through. Remove from pan.
Step 3
2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, and sauté in olive oil until cooked through. Remove from pan.
Step 4
3. Add rice and onion to pan, and sauté over high heat until rice begins to brown and onions are caramelized. Add red peppers, and sauté until softened.
Step 5
4. Add chicken broth and saffron, and reduce heat to low.
Step 6
5. Stir in corn and peas.
Step 7
6. Stir in clams (with juice), shrimp, chicken, and sausage.
Step 8
7. Cover, and let cook on low until all liquid is absorbed.
Step 9
Serve and eat!
