Instructions

Step 1
Mash bananas while hot. Add meat, pepper, salt and chopped onion.
Step 2
Beat until smooth. You may need to dd a little beaten egg to bind the mixture.
Step 3
Shell hard boiled egg and flour them slightly.
Step 4
Turn the prepared mixtures on a floured board and divide in four.
Step 5
Flatten each piece, put one of the eggs on each and fold around.
Step 6
Roll and shape neatly.
Step 7
Coat with beaten egg, then toss in breadcrumbs.
Step 8
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Step 9
Cut in half crosswise.
Step 10
Garnish with lettuce, tomato and parsley.
