Instructions
Step 1
Blend together banana and eggs.
Step 2
Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat, and scoop 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake. Sprinkle blueberries on top of each pancake. Cook until the top is bubbly and the edges are golden, flip and cook until both sides are golden.
Step 3
Enjoy plain or with nut butter and granola!
