Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 2
Cut mozzarella block into 8 cubes
Step 3
Lightly flour a surface and slightly flatten biscuits using a rolling pin
Step 4
Place a mozzarella cube in each biscuit, fold edges together and seal the biscuit around the cheese
Step 5
Place in oven for 10-12 minutes. While biscuits are baking, melt butter and add seasonings to butter
Step 6
Remove biscuits from oven and immediately brush with garlic butter mixture
