roughly chopped
1 tspthyme leaves
½ tsphoney
salt

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190C

Cut dates lengthwise and remove the pit.
Knife
Step 3
Crumble the cheese and mix it with chopped walnuts, 1tsp thyme leaves pinch of salt and pepper.
Bowl
Step 4
Stuff the dates with the cheese mixture and transfer them to the baking dish crusade with a bit of oil.

Step 5
Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Step 6
When ready drizzle with honey and garnish with more thyme leaves.
