Step 1
1)preheat oven to 350
2)in a blender add oats, flour, baking soda & baking powder & blend
3)once completely blended into a powder, add to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients (not the toppings)
4) whisk until there are NO clumps
5)grease a cast iron or line a sheet pan & add batter & bake for 30 mins
