Ingredients

3broccoli crowns
1Cream of mushroom can
1Cream of broccoli can
4 ozCheddar cheese
2 ozPecorino cheese
1 cuppanko
¼ cupbutter
2onion
Rice

curry powder

Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and season with curry powder, salt and pepper. Optional: add Italian seasoning or similar herbs
Step 2
To a hot pan, add chicken. Add diced onions (around 1cm dice) to pan about half way through cooking the chicken
Step 3
Cook until cooked through, remove from heat.
Step 4
Meanwhile, steam broccoli florets. Cut to desired size
Step 5
To pan, add cans of condensed soup and add one can (start with a little less) of the volume of water to get desired consistency.
Step 6
Add a couple tablespoons of sour cream and Alfredo sauce. Stir to combine.
Step 7
Add broccoli to the chicken mixture
Step 8
Melt butter in a Pyrex bowl, then combine with Panko until well mixed
Step 9
To a 9x13 pan, add chicken broccoli mixture, then layer about 75% of the grated cheese on top, followed by Panko mixture, then the rest of the grated cheese.
Step 10
Cook at 450F in oven until top is browned and crust has formed.
