Step 1
Cook bacon place on paper towel to cool then cut up.
Sauté almonds in bacon grease till toasted. Drain & cool.
In separate bowl add mayo, vinegar, sugar & Parmesan stir together.
Toss broccoli, bacon, almonds, carrots & raisins together in larger bowl.
Pour dressing over & mix well.
Storage in container with lid.
Can be made the day before.
NOTE:
You can use a salad topping that is called Cranberry & Pecan or Sweetened Cranberries & Honey Roasted Almonds, instead of separate almonds, raisins.
Bacon - you use bacon bits, if you time is limited.
