Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450* F. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. I usually start with the dry ingredients, then the onion and garlic, then ground beef, egg, and Worcestershire. Roll into meatballs, I use an ice cream scoop to get the same portion every time, and place on a baking sheet. Cool for about 10 minutes and then roll them to the opposite side and finish cooking for about 5 more minutes. You can let them simmer in a sauce to make them even more flavorful and tender.
