Step 1
Cook bacon and set aside. brown chicken in bacon fat. Add salt, garlic, paper, basil and chopped oinons. once browned add caned tomatoes, orzo, water, and basil. Add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar to cut some of the acid from the tomatoes. Then bring to a boil, then reduce heat cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Once cooked add bacon. Serve over spinach and top with fetta cheese.
