Let Mixture sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours to infuse. Traditionally you would use (1) tsp scoop to fill the wontons, I have been able to get up to (2.5) tsp. I would highly recommend just doing (1.5) tsp. Frying oil 350 for about 2 minutes.
