Step 1
Mix flour, eggs, and sugar in with pineapple. Layer 2 slices cubed bread on bottom of buttered baking dish, then put mixture on top. Cover with remaining cubed bread. Dot with butter over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover near end to brown.
