Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180° and line baking tin
2. Melt butter and sugar together in microwave
3. Crush weetbix and mix into butter mixture along with flour, protein powder, coconut and baking powder and gradually add almond milk until combined
4. Press mixture into lined baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes (set aside to cool)
5. Mix together yoghurt, icing sugar and passionfruit pulp until smooth and spread over the slice
6. Refrigerate until firm & cut into 8 slices
