Instructions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except chicken in a small bowl. I added almost 2 tbsp of water but try adding a little at a time to get the desired consistency. Stir until completely blended. Serve with chicken and your favorite steamed veggies.
Step 2
2 Servings of Leanest with 2.5 Condiments and 1 Snack per Serving (A serving is 6-7oz of chicken and 1/2 of the sauce) You still need 2 Healthy Fat
Step 3
Add three veggies. This could be 3 servings of roasted broccoli- 8.25 oz cooked from fresh. Added the broccoli in a bag with 1/2 tbls butter (1 HF) and gave it a shake.
