Step 1
Boil the oatmeal in salted water for 3 minutes and leave to swell.
Step 2
In the meantime, cut or grate the apple as finely as possible.
Step 3
Put in a pot, add the peel of half an orange, add sugar and cinnamon and squeeze the juice from the orange. Boil until the apples are soft.
Step 4
Pour the milk over the swollen flakes in a saucepan and heat until the porridge becomes creamy. Serve all together warm.
