Instructions

Step 1
Remove pork ribs from the packaging and pat ribs dry with a paper towel.
Step 2
Place ribs into pan. Remove silver skin from the back side of the ribs. Cook's note: This is optional. We don't like to remove it because we enjoy the chewiness of it.
Step 3
Season both sides of the ribs with MSG or salt. Star a coat of Butt Rub Seasoning in both sides and also add Black pepper.
Step 4
Fire up the Smoker at 225. And once it reach the temperature place the ribs in the smoker for 45 min.
Step 5
In a spray bottle mix apple juice and apple vinegar to moist the ribs every 45 minutes. The first 2 hours. After 3 hours, remove the ribs from the smoker and place them into a baking sheet.
Step 6
In foil you are going to place one rack of ribs, and add 2 tbsp of butter, a dash of apple juice and 1 tbsp of brown sugar. Do this with every rack of ribs and close the foil. Each in their on piece of foil. Place then back again in the smoker for another hour.
Step 7
Remove the ribs from the smoker and let it rest for 15 min inside of the foil. Cut the ribs and enjoy.
