Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F

Step 1
In bowl of a mixer, cream together butter & sugar (1 min.); scrape sides of bowl. Add eggs, vanilla & oil; mix until well-combined.
Step 2
Add flour & baking powder; mix to a soft dough. Fold in chipped Twix™️ candy bars.
Step 3
Scoop cookie dough in heaping 1/3C portions. Roll each into ball & flatten just slightly. (The cookies will spread and flatten as they bake.)
Step 4
Arrange on a parchment paper (or silicone baking mat) covered pan. Place 6 cookies on each tray.
Step 5
Bake (14-16 min.). The cookies will spread; center of cookie should look puffed up & no longer wet before taking them out of oven.
Step 6
Allow cookies to cool completely on pan before continuing.
Step 7
Once cookies have cooled, heat caramel dip in micro. until it is warm & easily spreadable. Spoon 2T caramel onto top of each cookie; spread to cover top of cookie.
Step 8
When each cookie is covered with caramel, melt milk chocolate by placing chocolate chips in micro.-safe bowl. Microwave in 30 sec. increments, stirring at end of each, until chocolate is completely smooth.
Step 9
Spoon 2T melted chocolate ont top caramel on each cookie & spread; immediately place a mini Twix™️ candy bar in center of the cookie.
Step 10
Chill (at least 30 min.) before serving. Store in fridge & serve chilled
