Instructions
Step 1
In large skillet, heat olive oil. Add lemon pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to skin side. Cook skin side 5-6 minutes. Add spice to nonskin side, cook for 4 minutes.
Step 2
Whisk together mayo, ponzu, and wasabi.
Step 3
Preheat over to 350. Lemmon pepper cut Brussel sprouts. Cook for 15-20 mins.
Step 4
Add sauce to top of salmon and brussel sprouts, then serve.
