Step 1
Slice the red pepper, red onion, tomato and green olives in bite size pieces.

Step 2
Put the salad, spinach and rucola in to a bowl.
Season with peper and salt.
Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top.

Step 3
Arrange the chopped vegetables on top of the salad. Also add capers.
Step 4
