Instructions

Step 1
Wash the ingredients.
Step 2
Juice the apple, celery and lime
Step 3
Transfer this juice to the vitamix blender.
Step 4
To the blender add the banana, avocado, pineapple, coconut water, protein powder and ice.
Step 5
Blend on high until creamy and smooth for 20 seconds.
Step 6
BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH SO PROTEIN POWDER IS NOT GRAINY
Step 7
Pour into a chilled glass and serve with a smile
