Ingredients
4 servings

2 cupsplant milk

½ cuppumpkin puree

2 tsppumpkin spice
cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger

1 tspvanilla extract

2 Tbsppure maple syrup

2 cupsrolled oats

4 tspchia seeds

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl or jug, mix together the milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and maple syrup until well combined.
Step 2
Add the oats and chia and mix well.
Step 3
Refrigerate the mix overnight in an airtight container for 4 mason jars.
Step 4
When you're ready to eat, top with pecans, plant-based yogurt and cinnamon.
