Instructions
Step 1
Saute onions until translucent and add garlic, hot sauce and chickpeascook for a few minutes then slightly mash the chickpeas
Step 2
If making cashew sour cream, add the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
Step 3
Assemble the quesadilla by placing the chickpea mixture and the cashew sour cream on the tortilla
Step 4
Cook on medium heat until golden on both side. Enjoy with your favorite dip.
