Shrimp Tacos

This couldn't be easier really. Remember to take the shrimp out of the freezer to thaw in the fridge overnight. If you forget a 20 minute soak and rinse in cool water will solve the problem.

Instructions

Step 1
Wrap tortillas in tinfoil and warm them in a 350F oven while you prepare shrimp and toppings.
Step 2
Prepare the toppings. Chopping small is the key to clean eating and well distributed flavours.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Quickly saute shrimp until pink. Add seasoning and water. Stir well to help distribute the seasoning. Allow the water to reduce. Cover with a lid and remove from heat to keep warm.
Step 4
I have only one tip when it comes to assembly. Spread sour cream on the tortilla before you load it up, it will act like a delicious glue to keep things in place :)
