Ingredients

8corn tortillas
cut into 4ths
4flour tortillas
cut into 8ths
oil for frying
salt
1 bagshredded mozzarella cheese
1 cancannellini beans
drained and rinsed
1 Csweet corn
0.5red onion
julienned
1jalapeño
julienned
0.5green pepper
diced small
4radishes
sliced thin
cilantro
for garnish

Instructions
Step 1
In a deep fryer or Dutch oven, heat oil to 350 degrees. Cook off the corn and flour tortillas in small batches until browned and crispy. Set on a wire rack after frying and sprinkle with salt.
Step 2
Place the tomatillos and jalapeño on a broiling pan and broil for 5 minutes. Flip and repeat for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Place all ingredients (including the broiled ones) into a blender. Pulse until the consistency of apple sauce.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, lime juice and milk until fully combined.
Step 5
Turn the broil off and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

On a cookie sheet, lay out your chips in an even layer.
Step 7
Top your chips with the cheese and then all the beans and veggies.
Step 8
Bake for 8 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
Step 9
Top with greek yogurt drizzle and salsa verde.
