Step 1
cut the chicken + cook till golden, then put on plate 1

cut the peppers and chorizo

cook the chorizo, then put on plate 2

cut the onion

cook the onions with garlic, then add the chilli powder and ginger

wash rice

stir + add rice to cook until translucent

add chicken stock, boiled water and the chicken, then let simmer / boil until rice is cooked

add chorizo and peppers
