Step 1
Place the cabbage, scallions, broth, tamari, like juice, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper in a medium sized bowl. Stir well.

Transfer mixture to a wok or large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Stir fry for 10 minutes.
