Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°. While oven is heating fry ground beef.

Step 2
Slice zucchini into thin lengthwise slices. Spread onto paper towels and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt.
Step 3
In small bowl, combine ground beef, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 3 oz light cream cheese
Step 4
Using paper towels, pat zucchini dry
Step 5
Build lasagna in layers. Start with layer of zucchini, then 1/2 beef mixture, 1 cup of tomato slices, 1/2 cup of basil leaves, repeat layer, then add a top layer of zucchini slices. Top with mozzarella cheese
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes at 425°
