Instructions

Step 1
Slice beef into thin strips against grain. In large zip lock bag mix together the cornstarch, soy sauce, oil and baking soda and salt. Add beef and coat well. Marinate 30 min.
Step 2
Cook noodles, drain and toss with a little oil. Set aside
Step 3
whisk together the soy sauce, honey, fish sauce, sesame oil and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
Step 4
Have all your vegetables prepared and ready to go , by placing them in the order you will add them.
Step 5
Place pan on high heat. Add 1 TBSP oil to coat pan, add beef. Sear till golden brown. Remove beef and set aside.
Step 6
Add another Tbsp oil and the broccoli. Stir fry until it turns bright green.
Step 7
Add 1Tbsp oil and the snap peas.Stir fry 30 sec, the add carrots and white parts of the scallions. Stir fry 30 seconds. Add peppers and garlic. Stir fry everything another 30 sec.
Step 8
Add cooked noodles. Then add mirin, and toss vegetables and noodles together about 30 seconds to 1 minute, then add sauce.
Step 9
Add beef with its juices. Serve with green parts of the scallions.
