Instructions
Step 1
Cube one and a half pounds of chicken, breast or thigh, and season with three cloves of fresh minced garlic, a tablespoon of black pepper, two tablespoons onion powder, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
Step 2
Pan fry seasoned chicken in a large skillet until golden in color with a light crust.
Step 3
While chicken is cooking, bring water to a boil in a separate pot and cook ramen noodles to package instructions (typically three minutes)
Step 4
Strain the noodles when done, and when chicken is cooked add the noodles.
Step 5
With heat on low, add a table spoon of soy sauce, two tablespoons of honey, one tablespoon sriracha, two chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and a quarter cup of cream cheese. Mix well into the chicken and noodles and serve.
