Instructions
Step 1
1. Divide dough into six portions. Stretch each piece into a 7 x 3 inch Oval. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet
Step 2
2. Toss asparagus with oil on a second baking sheet. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt
Step 3
3. Bake the dough on the top rack and the asparagus on the bottom rack for 3 minutes
Step 4
4. Press the dough with the back of the spatula if necessary to flatten slightly
Step 5
5. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Scatter the asparagus and scallions over the cheese
Step 6
6. Bake pizzettes on the top rock until the cheese is melted and the crust edges are golden, 8 to 10 minutes
Step 7
7. Sprinkle with remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt, walnuts, mint and orange zest
