Instructions

Step 1
In a blender, combine milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Blend on high speed until smooth. Transfer to a cup or jar and refrigerate until set, at least 15 minutes (up to overnight).
Step 2
When ready to eat, coarsely chop pear and sprinkle on top. Garnish with additional cinnamon if desired.
