Instructions

Step 1
Chop onion and heat on medium heat until translucent and soft.
Step 2
Add garlic, salt and pepper and heat for 1 minute
Step 3
Add tomatoes and cook for 30mins or until the sauce thickens
Step 4
Add mascarpone and Parmesan ensuring all has melted before serving
