Instructions
Step 1
Brown the meat with the onion, then drain the fat.
Step 2
Add 2 15oz cans of stewed tomatoes to the meat and 8oz of tomato sauce.
Step 3
Add spices and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add the pasta, along with enough water to cover the pasta. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, or until pasta is tender. An alternative is to cook the pasta separately and serve beneath the meat mixture.
Step 5
Serve with parmesan cheese.
