Instructions
Step 1
Add the mince to a pan with a little olive oil spray or water
Step 2
Once white add in the chopped onion and garlic and let cook for around 5 to 10 minutes or until the onions start to soften
Step 3
Next add the carrots and celery and let cook for a few minutes
Step 4
Finally add in the chilli flakes soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce and let cook till the carrots are soft
