Step 1
In a pan put water to cook with salt. When it’s boiling add the pasta.
Step 2
For the sauce blend the basil, peas, yogurt, garlic, olive oil, feta and chili flakes together.
Step 3
When the pasta are cooked, add the sauce and a 1/4 cup of pasta water, then stir.
Step 4
Add the parmesan cheese and stir at medium temperature (to prevent the parmesan from clumping).
Step 5
Add salt and pepper to your taste. You can top with basil if you want. Bon appétit !
