Instructions

Step 1
Fry the chicken in a pan until browned then add the peppers, onions and mushrooms.

Make up the Tonga sauce with water as per packet instructions and pour over. Add a squirt of lime juice, stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.

Set cooked ingredients aside and in a fresh (lightly oiled) pan, place one wrap. Spoon the cooked mixture onto one half and add preferred amount of cheese to the other half. Leave for 2 minutes.

Fold the cheese side over to the cooked ingredient side and leave for another 2 minutes.

Cut in half and serve with chips or side salad
