Sweet chilli sauce

3 - 6 chilies
1 Carrot
1 cup sugar
3 cups vinegar
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
3 table spoons corn flour
Method
In a blender mix the carrot, onion, garlic and 1 cup of vinegar as fine as you want.
In a pot add the rest of the vinegar and sugar. On low heat stir until sugar is dissolved. Add the mixture and bring to boil.
Cook for 35 min.
Transfer to serialized containers.
