Instructions
Step 1
Defrost artichoke hearts, squeeze all water out.
Step 2
Dice up garlic. Sauté garlic and hearts for 1/2 hour.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 400º.
Step 4
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well and put into pie shell, I cut top crust into strips leaving little space in between strips so it doesn't overflow.
Step 5
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour.
