¼ cuppitted black olives
or kalamata, chopped

¼ cuproasted red peppers

¼ cupcrumbled feta cheese

½ cupshredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400F and position oven rack in the middle of the oven
Step 2
Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the naan in half, and place 2 onto the baking sheet, spread 3-4 tablespoons of hummus onto pita round. Top with olives, roasted red peppers, and cheese.
Step 3
Bake for 7 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and melted. Carefully remove from oven and allow to cool down to room temperature before slicing into wedges and packing into lunch containers.
